paneer patties are crumbled Indian cottage cheese is mixed with mashed sweet potato and some Indian spices and later fried or baked. They can be used as patties for Burger or as a starter/snack. No potato used made with homemade paneer and breadcrumbs.

  • 1 cup Paneer, crumbled(i used the HomeMade fresh Paneer)
  • ¾ cup Boiled Sweet Potato
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 medium-sized onion, chopped finely
  • ⅓ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala powder
  • a handful of coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • oilfor frying
  • for maida paste:
  • 1 tbsp maida
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • ½ tsp crushed pepper
  • ⅓ tspsalt
  • 3-4 tbsp water
  1. Crumble the paneer and set aside, Boil the sweet potato peel the skin, mash it and set aside.
  2. Take a mixing bowl, add crumbled paneer, mashed sweet potato, green chili, cumin powder, chopped onion, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well
  3. Grease the hand and divide the dough into medium-sized balls and flatten it.
  4. Make the maida paste, take maida, cornflour, pepper powder, salt, and water mix well.
  5. now dip the patties in maida paste and corn it with bread crumbs and set aside.
  6. You can deep fry them or bake them or you can air fry them as per your wish.
  7. finally, serve paneer cutlet with mint dip or tomato sauce.
