Capsicum,bell pepper fried rice,quick and easy rice recipe that can be made under 30 mins.

  • 1 cup steamed rice,cooled completely
  • 1 cups capsicum ,i used 3 colours
  • ¼ cup spring onions.finely chopped(optional)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • ½ tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • salt as required
  1. Julienne cut the bell peppers and make it ready.Heat oil in a wok. add the chopped garlic, minced ginger, saute well for few seconds.
  2. Add in vinegar and soya sauce, saute well. add the steamed rice, mix it with sauce.Saute for few seconds.
  3. Finally add the pepper powder and remove it from the stove. Garnish it with Spring onions.Delicious fried rice is ready to serve.
Don’t add the hot steaming rice into the pan,once you cooked the rice let it cool down for sometime and then start making fried rice.
Don’t saute the bell pepper for long because the vegetables becomes too soft if you saute it for long.
