Ingredients Required to make Spicy Gobi Paneer Masala,

Gobi Paneer masala

The dry powders we are gonna use here does the magic so take the measurement as mentioned and use it to get the flavor of the masala. Grind 2 onions and 2 tomatoes and keep aside. Grind it separately. we need thick curd. we are not going to use any cream or cashews just these ingredients themselves we will get nice rich masala. Thaw the paneer before use if you are using frozen. Also, don’t overcook vegetables so that we will get a nice chunky taste.

  1. Heat 1 tbsp butter or ghee add the 300g of paneer, fry it for 2 mins, or just golden. Don't over fry the paneer it will turn hard. Drop the fried paneer in warm water till we use it. In the same pan add 1 tsp cumin seeds fry it. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste saute for a while. Grind onion puree and saute well.
  2. Add the Tomato Puree mix well, keep stirring continuously for 3 mins till it turns thick. Add 2 tsp chili powder, 3 tsp coriander powder, ⅓ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp salt.

You can add Beans, carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, baby corn potatoes any vegetables of your choice. Cover and cook the vegetables, If you feel the gravy is very thick add little water accordingly. I didn't add water. Check the salt also add if needed.
