Green Peas Masala Dosa recipe, Chettinad Pachai Pattani Masala Dosai recipe,  A TamilNadu delicacy is a must ❤ This Green Peas Masala dosa made with regular idli dosa batter, Chettinad Pachai Pattani Masala stuffed inside and served. Preparation of Chettinad Pachai Pattani Masala is very easy and make in no time because it is made in a pressure cooker with no much effort needed. If you are looking for unique dosa varieties like Gobi Masala Dosa(Cripsy Cauliflower masala dosa), Cheese Dosa for kids, Mysore Masala Dosa, Saravana Bhavan Kara Dosai, Paneer Dosa, Madurai Kari Dosa(vegetarian)

Chettinad Cusine always close to my heart, their masala has a unique flavor. I would love to use a strong dhania flavor in all my recipes. If you search for this recipe you can’t find it anywhere because this is my own creation. It’s a versatile recipe, instead of green peas we can use chana or any dried beans and potato, cauliflower, broccoli, or any veggie but the cooking time and method will differ according to the vegetables we are using. You can use the Soya chunks also. We can serve this Chettinad masala with chapati, Rotis, or any jeera rice, pulao. We can stuff this masala in sandwiches too.
