Soya Keema Masala

Soya Keema Masala recipe made with minced soya chunks, green peas, and secret ingredients. Soya Keema masala recipe goes well with Roti, Rice, pulao, biryani, etc. Soya Chunks Biryani is my Favorite among Soya Recipes. Masala is easy to make at home. This rich and delicious curry is made with onion, tomatoes, cashews,  and butter (of course!). It has a little spicy taste of masala and pairs beautifully with garlic naan, roti, dinner rolls, or jeera rice.

Keema Masala is one of the most common and popular curries made in India. Keema means minced, Actually, keema masala is made with mutton or chicken. But this is vegetarian keema masala so I used minced Soya. Soya is rich in protein, I know we vegetarians skip soya because it looks like meat. but it has a lot of nutrition and health benefits.  Minced Soya is cooked with onion, tomatoes, and spices in this flavorful vegetarian curry and also made in a pressure cooker.
