The Difference between Mysore masala dose Restaurant style and Mysore Masala Dosa Mumbai Street style is that spreading of Red chutney, aloo stuffing, simmered with butter is the Mysore Restaurant style and Mumbai street style is more spicy and rich than the Restaurant style.

Mysore Masala Dosa, Restaurant style

Spread a ladle of dosa batter over the hot tawa, Spread the Garlic chutney and Add 2 tbsp of aloo masala(potato stuffing).

Drizzle ghee all over the dosa. Cover and cook for a minute. Fold the dosa and serve hot Mysore Masala dosa with chutney and sambar.
