Tips to make Perfect kollu Idli/dosa:

1.The main thing you must take note that we should not grind both the kollu and rice together and at the same time both should soak well.

2.Mixing with the clean hands is good for fermentation than mixing with a ladle.

3. Adding of methi seeds is very good for health so don’t skip it.

4. we can make both idli and dosa with the same batter. While making kollu dosa dilute it with a little water and then make it.
