Kollu Chutney Recipe

Kollu Chutney recipe with step by step pictures and video. This Easy Kollu Chutney recipe is very healthy and too good with Soft Idli. Kollu Paruppu Thuvaiyal or Kollu Chutney with Coconut is the finally up on Prema’s Culinary. Kollu Chutney Recipe with Coconut Recipe,

Heat oil in a pan and roast the kollu, coconut, garlic and dry red chili. Make sure that it should not burn. Once done transfer it to a plate and let it cool for some time.

How to make Kollu chutney

Add salt and tamarind, grind it to a smooth paste. Add little water while grinding. Kollu Chutney is ready to serve.

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 2 garlic pods
  • 2 tbsp coconut
  • ½ tsp salt
