chaat chutney recipes

Easy Chat Chutney Recipes– Tamarind Date Chutney recipe–Green Chutney recipe for all chaats and street foods. Make Chaat (sweet chutney & Green Chutney) in few easy steps and store it in a container. I have made this chutney for chaats in my daughter’s birthday Party. It is very good with all the dips, we would love to have it with Punjabi Samosa. South Indian Style Mint Chutney is different from this chaat chutney.

I am not a very big fan of Chaats and Street foods but for a change, I will make at home. While we were in Singapore Aishu’s Loves to have pani poori in Kailash Prabhath Restarant so we visit there weekly once. After coming here just near to my home, a petty shop is there very good quality and tasty chaats we can get. sometimes I feel lazy to go out then I will make chaats at home.

Once we have decided a simple party for my daughters I called my North Indian friends and made chaats, starters and main everything in their style. I am a person like love to have dosa, idli but for change, i will have North Indian Foods too. In Kl, there are few options for Indian vegeterian Restarants like Sangeeta, Ghandhi, Sagar, Saravana Bhavan.Chaats are very good in Mughal Mahal.

Made Pav buns and Pav bhaji masala, Few chaats, Dal Makhani, Kadai Paneer, Aloo Paratha, Raita, Peas Pulao and carrot halwa. This is the menu which is made for my daughter’s birthday. Almost everthing I have posted only a few chaats are left. Let me post one by one.

There are various version of Mint Chutney/green chutney and this is one too. Some people doesnt like to add dahi in mint chutney. Some doesnt use ginger garlic. Some will skip chaat masala. I love my chaat chuntney should little sour, spicy and mildly sweet. According to your taste buds please adjust the spice levels.
