Bell Pepper  Fried Rice

Want to make dinner under 3o mins??? at the same time want to make something healthy? unique rice ??? then try this delicious and healthy capsicum fried recipe recipe and stay fit:) I have used try colour capsicum,if you get those then use it otherwise you can try with green colour which is readily available in the market. If you use tri colour bell pepper then kids will sure finish the lunch box. Do check the vegetable fried rice recipe. It is very simple rice variety and easy to make.It is important to make the rice grains for fried rice.If the rice turns sticky, we won’t get it perfectly so do check how to cook the basmathi rice before proceeding  to the fried rice recipe.

How to make Capsicum (bell pepper) fried Rice step by step ???

  • Julienne cut the bell peppers and make it ready.Heat oil in a wok. add the chopped garlic, minced ginger, saute well for few seconds.
  • Add in vinegar and soya sauce, saute well. add the steamed rice, mix it with sauce.Saute for few seconds.

  • Finally add the pepper powder and remove it from the stove. Garnish it with Spring onions.Delicious fried rice is ready to serve.

Capsicum,bell pepper fried rice,quick and easy rice recipe that can be made under 30 mins.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup steamed rice,cooled completely
  • 1 cups capsicum ,i used 3 colours
  • ¼ cup spring onions.finely chopped(optional)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • ½ tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • salt as required
Instructions

Notes
Don’t add the hot steaming rice into the pan,once you cooked the rice let it cool down for sometime and then start making fried rice.
Don’t saute the bell pepper for long because the vegetables becomes too soft if you saute it for long.
