srivilliputhur palkova recipe

Srivilliputhur palkova  is my sister’s fav. she loves it a lot and sometimes she will order srivilliputhur palkova online. yes, the Srivailliputhur is famous for Andal temple and palkova. Once i decided to make srivilliputhur palkova recipe, then decided to post palkova with milk. I really don’t want to try any shorcuts like palkova with condensed milk or palkova with milk powder. Even though the short cuts takes less time but if we make palkova with milk , it has a unique taste.  The original Srivilliputhur palkova is made of  good quality milk so the taste and the texture depends on the quality of milk. A good quality of palkova  has a gummy texture, the consistency of cooked oats, and it’s so much richer in taste.

palkova in tamil and some people call it as palgova. srivilliputhur tourist place where any person without a job in this town will buy milk, make palgova, and sell it at the bus stand. Hence it is a consider as the job for the people living in srivilliputhur.
