Jeera Murukku

Ingredients:

6 cups rice flour
1 cup urad flour
1 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp hing

1/4 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
 
Method:

Mix rice flour, urad flour, jeera, hing and salt.
Add coconut milk and water little by little and knead till you get a soft dough.
Meanwhile heat the oil in a medium flame.
Fill the murukku presser with the dough and press it into a laddle and drop it slowly into the hot oil.Fry both sides till crisp.Jeera Muruku is ready.
