Cumin Chutney

Cumin Chutney:

Ingredients:

1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp oil
1 tomato cut into 4 parts
1 onion sliced

2 green chillies
1/2 tsp fenugreek powder

bit tamarind(optional)
salt to taste

Method:

Heat the oil in a pan and add the jeera.Fry the onion,tomato,chilli with jeera in the same pan.No need to deep fry it.Fry it until it become slight brown colour and remove it from fire and let it cool for sometime.

Transfer them to the mixie jar,add fenugreek powder,tamarind(optional) and salt into it.Grind it and serve it with idly/dosa.
