Soya chunks noodles

Ingredients:

Soya chunks 1/4 cup(soak in hot water for 1/2 an hour)
Plain Noodles 1 pck
Onion 1 chopped
Green Bell peppers 1 cubed
Dark Soya sauce 2 tsp
Ajjanamoto 1/4 tsp
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Oil 1 tsp

Method of Preparation:

Soak the soya chunks for 1/2 hours in hot water, if it is too big cut it into small pieces and keep aside.
Boil the  water and add the noodles.Let it cook for few min and stain the water,keep aside.
Heat the oil and fry the onion and bell peppers in the oil.
Add the soaked soya chunks into it.
Add the noodles and fry it.
Add the soya sauce,ajjinamato,chilli sauce into it.
Fry until it become dry.Noodles is ready to serve.
Serve hot with Tomato sauce.
