Pudalanka 2 cut into small pieces
Mong Dhal 1/4 cup
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
Wash and cut the pudalankai into small pieces.
Keep the pressure cooker in the stove add oil and mustard seeds into it.
Once the mustard seeds pops out, add the curry leaves,chopped onion, tomatoes and pudalankai into it.
When it is half cooked add the moong dhal,turmeric powder,jeera powder and salt .
Pressure cook it with enough water.
Serve it with hot rice.
