Grated Beat root 11/2 cup
Channa Dhal 1 cup
Toor Dhal 1/2 cup
Chilly powder 1tsp
Sombu powder 1/2 tsp
Chopped onion 1 cup
Chopped coriender little bit
Curry leaves 1 spig
Rice 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
Grind it in mixie coarsely,mix the grated beat root ,
chopped onion, chopped coriender, curry leaves,
chilly powder, salt, sombu powder into the grinded dhal
Mix it well and make it like vada and deep fry it in oil.
Dont make thick vada because it takes more time to boil inside.
Turn the other side and do this for remaining vada also.
Serve it as an Evening time snacks,kids love the colour and the taste.
