Bean Curd is a Wonderful dish, it goes down well with many types of ingredients and it is a great replacement of Paneer.I made the dish rich by adding some crunchy green veggies.
Tau, 1 block,cut into small pieces
Onion 1, cut into medium sized pieces
Ajinamoto (Chinese salt)1 tsp
Fresh Red chilli 1
Green Capsicum 1 cut into medium pieces
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Method of preparation:
Fry the Tau cubes in oil (use non stick pan) until golden brown colour.
Take out the Tau from oil
Fry the onion, chilli, and capsicum in the same oil, which we used for frying the Tau.
Then add ajinamoto, soya sauce into it.
Now Tau is ready to serve.
Serve it with chappathi/parata.
Add corn water into the recipe , if you want as gravy.
