How to make KaraiKudi Style Pakoda Kuzhambu

Serves: 4 person
  • To roast and grind:
  • 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Black pepper seeds
  • ½ Fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp Fresh coconut
  • 4 dry chilies
  • Other ingredients:
  • 1 medium-size onion
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 lemon size Tamarind
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 tsp oil
  1. Dry roast the roasting ingredients and then grind it with little water set aside.
  2. Heat oil and add cinnamon n cloves.
  3. Add onion, tomatoes saute well.
  4. Add turmeric powder, salt, and ground masala saute well.
  5. Add the tamarind extract +water let it to bowl. Once the kulambu becomes thick switch off the stove.
  6. Add the fried pakodas just before serving. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Karakudi pakoda kuzhambu ready😋
