Noodle Biryani Recipe, Maggi Biryani Noodles recipe made under 15 mins with lots of fresh vegetables and homemade masala.

  • 2 Pkt Maggi Noodles or any noodles of your choice
  • 1 tbsp + 1tsp Oil
  • 1 medium Carrot chopped finely
  • 10 beans chopped
  • ¼ Cauliflower separated into small florets
  • ½ cup minced Fresh coriander and mint leaves
  • ⅓ cup boiled green peas
  • ½ green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cardamom
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp + 1 tbsp salt
  1. Boil water in a pan and add the Maggi Noodles or any other noodles, add salt and oil, boil the noodles. Once the noodles become soft, drain the water and rinse in cold water keep aside.
  2. Now take a pan or wok add cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom and fry well.
  3. Add onions, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes, saute well till it becomes soft and mush.
  4. Add the vegetables and saute well.
  5. Add the salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and water, cover and cook the vegetables for 3-4mins or till it cooks.
  6. Add the noodles and toss it with the vegetables, cover and cook for another min and then serve hot spicy and tasty Biryani Noodles.
1. If you are using other noodles, check the cooking instructions and ingredients whether salt added or not everything and then boil the noodles as per instructions.
2. you can add biryani masala or garam masala
