Avocado Paratha is made with vitamin rich Avocado and wholemeal flour. Easy Avocado Recipes

  • 1 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1 cup avocado pulp(mashed)
  • ½ tsp ajwain
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp crushed green chilli
  • oil or ghee for making chapthi
  1. Scoop out the Avocados and mash it. Add chat masala, lime juice, cumin powder, green chilli and salt, mix well.
  2. Add the wheat flour and start kneading the dough. Actually, it doesn't need any water because the moisture in the avocado itself is enough.
  3. Knead it to a soft chapati dough consistency.
  4. Divide the dough and make it into small balls. Make the chapati using the rolling pin.
  5. Heat the Tawa, cook the paratha by applying a spoon of ghee.Flip the other side and cook it. Turn over and flip, till it cooks evenly.
  6. Avocado Paratha is ready to serve.
