  • 1 cup Coconut water
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • little coconut bits(optional)
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • 1 tin Condensed milk
  1. Take a wide bowl add the coconut water, make sure that there is no shell in the water. Tender Coconut water gives a nice taste to the ice cream so don't skip this step. Carefully open the shell and take out the water.
  2. Next Step is that add the milk, I have used the fresh cow milk and you can try with any milk. The bright white colour of the coconut ice cream will get if you use the fresh milk. If you want to make Vegan Coconut Ice Cream Skip Milk. add Almond milk or soy milk.
  3. Now add the condensed milk, If you didn't get the condensed milk, you can add the sugar and milk(boiled thick milk). You can use Palm Sugar to make it healthy version.
  4. Beat whipping cream till the soft peak appears. And then add it to the coconut milk mix. I have leftover whipped cream and added directly with the coconut milk.
  5. Add in the coconut bits, I have chopped the young coconut (elani) into smaller bits and then I added it to the coconut milk mix.
  6. Now the Coconut ice cream is ready to freeze. Transfer it to a container and freeze it for several hours. Preferably overnight. Once it completely set serve it.
  7. Thai coconut ice cream is ready to serve and serve it with Kachang(nuts) peanuts or your fav topping.
