Mango Shrikhand Recipe or Amrakhand Recipe is the simple, mango based dessert made of hung curd.

  • 2 mangoes / amm
  • 4-5 ellachi / cardamoms

  1. Check the video link to make hung curd. Make ready the hung curd and then proceed with the recipe. Now add a pinch saffron with the 2 tbsp of warm milk, let it bleed.
  2. Scoop out the mango pulp and blend it, make the mango puree.
  3. Add the bleed saffron milk with the hung curd. Add elaichi/cardamoms powder and nutmeg powder, mix well.
  4. Blend well into a smooth thick and creamy yogurt. Add the powdered sugar and mix well.
  5. Add the mango puree and mix well. Amrakhand is ready to serve now.
