  • 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 5 green chilies
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2-3 garlic pods
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1-2 shallots
  • salt
  1. Add all the ingredients like mint, coriander, onion, green chilly, garlic, lime juice and salt in the mixie jar, add a little water.Grind it. Add the curd(dahi), cumin powder, chaat masala mix chutney is ready to serve.
  2. You can use it for ragda patties, sandwich, etc...
