Cake Pops recipe with Video and Pictotial tutorial. I have made cake pops using the left over Eggless vanilla cake.

  • 2 cups cake crumbles
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 10 lollipop sticks
  • 100 g candy dips
  • Sprinkles of your choice
  • Food colour(optional)
  1. Crumble the cake, You can do it with your hands or with a blender.
  2. Add butter over the cake crumble. Then mix it nicely.
  3. make goose berry sized smooth balls out of the mixture.
  4. Melts the candy melts in oven or by double boiling method.
  5. Now start making the balls.
  6. For heart shape,first make the balls and then flatten it.Make the
  7. corners into "V" Shape and then use your finger and press the top middle part
  8. smoothly.You will get the heart shape. Adjust the corner if any cracks.
  9. now dip the stick in candy dip and then insert it to the cake balls.
  10. Let it stay for sometime and then dip the balls inside the candy dips.(i have
  11. added pink colour to the candy dip).
  12. Now decorate it with sugar sprinkles or candy sprinkles of your choice.Let the cake pops stay
  13. for few minutes. Cake pops is ready now.
