Baby corn pakora or baby corn bhajji is the Indian baby corn starter recipe,that we can make it below 30 mins. baby corn recipes are very healthy and too gud for kids.

  • ½ cup besan flour
  • 4-6 baby corn
  • 1 tsp rice flour
  • a pinch food colour
  • a pinch baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  1. Boil water in a pan and then add the baby corn, let it boil. Don't fully cook the baby corn. just for 5-10 mins is enough and then drain the water take it out.Let it cool down for some time.
  2. Add the besan flour, baking soda, food colour, rice flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Add a little water and mix it. Th batter should not be too thin and not too thick.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.Dip the boiled baby corn in the batter and drop slowly into the oil.Fry the baby corn into low to medium flame. Once it becomes golden brown take it out from the oil.
