simple and easy south indian mixture recipe

  • 1 & ½ cup Omapodi
  • 1 & ½ cup Kara boondi
  • 1 cup Corn flakes
  • ½ cup Peanuts
  • ¼ cup Fried gram dal
  • ½ cup Poha/ aval
  • 2 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt as needed
  1. Fry the aval,peanuts,fried gram dal and curry leaves separate separately in medium flame, make sure that it should not burn.
  2. Once become golden brown take it out in a plate.
  3. Take ompodi,corn flake, kara boondhi and mix well.
  4. Add everything in a wide bowl and then add the chilly powder,salt mix well.
  5. Mixture is ready now. we can have it as a snack with a cup of coffee.
