Madurai kari dosai made of soya keema topped over the uthappam.

  1. make ready the dosa batter,i used the idly batter because the batter should not be thin.
  2. make ready the soya keema masala and proceed to make dosamadurai kari dosai.
  3. Heat dosa pan and grease it with oil/ghee.
  4. Pour the batter over the pan. No need to spread the batter unless it is too thick.
  5. Top with keema masala. Cook in low to medium flame to get golden crust. Drizzle some oil/ghee over the toppings and around the dosa
  6. Flip the other side and cook for a while and take out. Madurai kari dosai is ready to serve.
  7. No special side dish require to try this dosa.
