Ingredients
  • 1 tin evaporated milk(200ml)
  • ½ cup solid milk(Koya)
  • 10 pistachios (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 5 cardamom (crushed)
Instructions
  1. Add the Koya in the pan and make it moist free. Now add the evaporated milk and stir well.
  2. Stir continuously and till become thick, you can see a solid layers can be formed while string.Now add in the sugar mix well.If you are using condensed milk no need to add sugar.

  4. Finally add the pistachios, crushed cardamoms and saffron, mix well.Here is the thick and yummy is ready serve.
Notes
If you want to try it using the milk, then boil 5 cups of milk and bring it to 1 cup and then proceed with the steps.
