Maa inji Sadam recipe, Mango Ginger (Manga Inji) rice with step by step photos.  Maa Inji Sadam recipe tastes like a combination of Mang0 rice(Mangai Sadam) and Lemon rice(elumichai Sadam). Maa inji smells like mango and taste like ginger,  but not much strong as regular ginger, it tastes a little mild. We use to make Manga inji Pickle and also add maa inji in Regular Lemon pickle.
