Wondering! “How to make noodles biryani Recipe under 15 mins?” Yes, this eye-catching “Noodles Biryani” can be made with Maggi Noodles without the tastemaker(used Homemade Spices, masalas) and loads of Healthy Vegetables to treat our Kids. Hope you heard the Maggi Noodles Biryani Packets are available in Markets. Kids wanna try that but checked the Ingredients contains Chicken flavors which my kids don’t like so skipped the seasoning paste and used the Noodles Cake.

Calling all Biryani Lovers there to try this Noodles Biryani Recipe, almost taste like Biryani. Somehow we can’t avoid giving junk foods to kids but we can think How to make and give them in a Healthy way. Add as much as vegetables you can in Making Noodles Biryani. Noodles which we pack for the lunch becomes dry and sometime it will become soggy, kids refuse to have and bring it back to home. Try this way with a lot of vegetables and homemade masala(they are very mild and harmless) am sure they will finish their lunch and come.

Noodle Biryani Recipe, Maggi Biryani Noodles recipe made under 15 mins with lots of fresh vegetables and homemade masala.

Ingredients
  • 2 Pkt Maggi Noodles or any noodles of your choice
  • 1 tbsp + 1tsp Oil
  • 1 medium Carrot chopped finely
  • 10 beans chopped
  • ¼ Cauliflower separated into small florets
  • ½ cup minced Fresh coriander and mint leaves
  • ⅓ cup boiled green peas
  • ½ green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cardamom
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp + 1 tbsp salt
Instructions
  1. Boil water in a pan and add the Maggi Noodles or any other noodles, add salt and oil, boil the noodles. Once the noodles become soft, drain the water and rinse in cold water keep aside.
  2. Now take a pan or wok add cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom and fry well.
  3. Add onions, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes, saute well till it becomes soft and mush.
  4. Add the vegetables and saute well.
  5. Add the salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and water, cover and cook the vegetables for 3-4mins or till it cooks.
  6. Add the noodles and toss it with the vegetables, cover and cook for another min and then serve hot spicy and tasty Biryani Noodles.
Notes
1. If you are using other noodles, check the cooking instructions and ingredients whether salt added or not everything and then boil the noodles as per instructions.
2. you can add biryani masala or garam masala

Step by step Noodles Biryani Recipe:

Maggi Noodles Biryani Recipe

Step: 1 Boil water in a pan and add the Maggi Noodles or any other noodles, add salt and oil, boil the noodles. Once the noodles become soft, drain the water and rinse in cold water keep aside.

Noodles Biryani with Homemade Masala

Step: 2 Now take a pan or wok add cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom and fry well. Add onions, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes, saute well till it becomes soft and mush. Add the vegetables and saute well.

Noodles Biryani recipe with Vegetables

Step: 3 Add the salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and water, cover and cook the vegetables for 3-4mins or till it cooks. Add coriander leaves and mint leaves, a cup of water cover and cook the vegetables.

Veg Noodles biryani Recipe

Step:4 Add the noodles and toss it with the vegetables, cover and cook for another min and then serve hot spicy and tasty Biryani Noodles.

Serve the delicious Noodles biryani with sauce or raita or simply as it is.

    It’s a much more healthy way of making maggi noodles. But it’s bit time consuming. i bought maggi biryani noodles and tried the recipe at their site https://www.maggime.com/en/category/maggi-noodles/6/2-minute-biryani and tried making it your way and had it with sausages. It was very delicious and healthy. thank you for this post it was a healthy saviour.
