Avocado Paratha Recipe with step by step photos and Video. Avocado Paratha made of Avocado fruit, Nutritious Wholemeal flour, and some Indian Spices. This extraordinary flavor in Avocado Paratha Recipe is because of the secret ingredients Ajwain. Avocado is the one familiar ingredient that usually I will make a salad, Avocado Pasta etc, but this is my first Avocado recipe post in Prema’s Culinary.

Side dish for Avocado Paratha, we don’t need any special side dish because I have added all the healthy ingredients and the texture of the Avocado paratha is too soft and spongy. How to eat Avocado Paratha, Just like that you can roll and send it for Kids Lunchbox. Yogurt would be the great option to have it. without any further ado let’s see how to make Avocado Paratha Recipe.

Step by Step Avocado Paratha Recipe,

Avocado Paratha Recipe with Avocado Fruit

Scoop out the Avocados and mash it. Add chat masala, lime juice, cumin powder, green chilli and salt, mix well.

Avocado Paratha Recipe with Wholemeal FlourAdd the wheat flour and start kneading the dough. Actually, it doesn’t need any water because the moisture in the avocado itself is enough. Knead it to a soft chapati dough consistency.

Avocado Paratha Recipe for Kids

Divide the dough and make it into small balls. Make the chapati using the rolling pin.

Side dish for Avocado Paratha RecipeHeat the Tawa, cook the paratha by applying a spoon of ghee.Flip the other side and cook it. Turn over and flip, till it cooks evenly. Avocado Paratha is ready to serve.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1 cup avocado pulp(mashed)
  • ½ tsp ajwain
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp crushed green chilli
  • oil or ghee for making chapthi
Instructions
  1. Scoop out the Avocados and mash it. Add chat masala, lime juice, cumin powder, green chilli and salt, mix well.
