Allam Pachadi or Ginger Chutney Recipe with step by step pictures and Video. Allam Chutney with Pesarattu is the staple dish in Andra  Cusine. Allam Pachadi is also called Ginger Chutney and Allam is the Telugu word means Ginger. The Combo and Side dish for Pesarattu would be the Allam Chutney. Allam chutney with dry red chilli is my favourite. Spicy, Sour, and tasty Allam Pachadi Recipe are very good with Pesarattu or with Dosa 😉 My Favourite combo is Allam Pachadi with Dosa. Allam Pachadi Recipe with Video Help you make the Ginger Chutney Very Easily.

Allam Chutney for Idli / Dosa is the most delicious breakfast that I have had ever.  Pesarattu, Gongrura, Pappu, Chakkli, Paruppu Podi are most familiar dishes in Andra Cusine. Ginger health Benefits are more. The ginger juice reduces the body weight and also very good for controlling the cholesterol level. Taking raw ginger juice is a bit difficult so having ginger in the form of chutney is a good idea.

Ginger Chutney or Allam Pachadi has 2 versions, Allam chutney with Green chilli and another Allam pachadi with Dry red chilli. Both has a slight difference in taste but very good for health. I have checked the allam pachadi recipe gayatrivintalu on of my favourite blog for Telugu or Andra Cusine. I just got the idea of Making the Allam Pachadi and then made it.
