Once both the Flour ready start making the seedai. I took 1 cup idiyappam for vella seedai and 1 cup for uppu seedai. Same like 1 tsp urad dal flour for uppu seedai and 1 tsp for vella seedai. This is how i have prepared the flour and divided it. If you are making in large quantity just take the idiyappam flour and urad dal flour according to the ratio. If 1 cup idiyappam flour means 1 tsp urad dal powder is the ratio am using.
