Let me share, Parsley is very good for weight loss. It fleshes out the unwanted fats from the body. Make the parsley water by adding a tsp of finely chopped parsley into the warm water(1 liter) and have it in the empty stomach it reduces of unwanted fats. You can see the changes in a week if you have it. But don’t take more than one time a day and don’t repeat next week, I mean to have it for a week and then give a break, after 2 weeks again drink it.
