coconut coriander chutney for idli

Coconut Coriander Chutney recipe with step by step photos and videos, Hotel style Kothamalli chutney is the one of healthy chutney. Green chutney is a very good combo with Idli and Dosa. This different and tasty chutney try this version and make you day green and pleasant!!!

Whenever we visit Saravana Bhavan, Aishu like to have this Coriander Coconut chutney. She usually calls this as green chutney. Amma makes Mint(pudina) Thogaiyal or Chutney without coconut and I have shared here also. I love the chutney without coconut.but we should give the coconut to kids. I have read an article about the coconut. It has many good healthy benefits. It prevents the heart attack and has good cholesterol with every human being needs it.Coriander reduces the stress, do try this healthy chutney…

Lets me tell you shortly how I made this chutney, This is not like usual Coconut-coriander chutney which once ground, then finally add the tempering over the chutney and serve it. But this chutney, we are going to grind the tempering and along with the coconut, coriander…If you check the step wise picture you can understand more. If we make chutney usually kids will keep aside curry leaves, etc… but if grind them along with the other chutney ingredients, kids doesn’t know what we have added and all the goodness will go inside.
