TIPS FOR ROASTING AND PREPARE ATTA LADOOS(SOME SECRETS RELIEVED ),

1) Use ghee for longer shelf life and nice flavor. you can use oil also.
2) use little milk if you are calorie conscious or ghee while making ladoo.

3) Instead of sugar, you can also use powdered sugar or jaggery.

4) You can also skip roasting the wheat flour and mix directly with the sugar powder but the taste may differ.

5) don’t roast the wheat flour for long, once it changes the colour remove it from the stove. Sometimes over roasting made the flour crisp.

6)you can use a laddle to make the perfect shape, check the video how am shaping the ladoo.
