30 minutes rabri recipe | How to make Radbri (Rabri)

Radbri Recipe Rabri or Radbri is a delicious sweet which can be formed by the thickned milk layer of cream. This recipe is the short cut method of the traditional way of making Rabri (lacha Rabri in hindi) ,you can make it in below 30 minutes times.Gujarati basundi is also a rich and delicious dessert of thickened milk, very similar to the north indian rabdi which is made of  Almonds and pistachios. This can be made for all the occasions,do we need any special reason to make sweet at home:) Many of us was thinking that preparing rabdi at home is very tedious process .But do try method  you just need 5 ingredients unsweetend milk solids(kova) , Evoparated milk , pistachios ,sugar and saffron. I made this today as Akshaya tritiya and it's good to start anything on this day( i believe it).  I have a happy news to share with you guys , Yup i have moved my blog to WordPress. I just wanted to share this happy news to you all .I hope with all your support i will keep blogging with the same spirit. Radbri Recipes Rabri Recipe using the condensed milk will also give good recipe but we need to avoid adding sugar into it. After posting the mango rasmalai reicpe ,my friend ask to post the Rabdri recipe. Intially thought to make basundi but somehow changed my mind 🙂 To make falooda Rabri this is the easy procedure of making rabri. We can serve this with maupla and also poris. Lets see How to make Rabri or Radbri recipe in step by step Procedure:

Quick Rabri Recipe with step by step Photos.Delicious sweet with rich milk and nuts.

Recipe type: North Indian sweets

Serves: 1 cup
Ingredients
  • 1 tin evaporated milk(200ml)
  • ½ cup solid milk(Koya)
  • 10 pistachios (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 5 cardamom (crushed)
Instructions
  1. Add the Koya in the pan and make it moist free. Now add the evaporated milk and stir well.
  2. Stir continuously and till become thick, you can see a solid layers can be formed while string.Now add in the sugar mix well.If you are using condensed milk no need to add sugar.

  4. Finally add the pistachios, crushed cardamoms and saffron, mix well.Here is the thick and yummy is ready serve.
Notes
If you want to try it using the milk, then boil 5 cups of milk and bring it to 1 cup and then proceed with the steps.
