Eggless Red Velvet cup cakes with Christmas Tree Frosting Recipe

REDVELVETTE CUP CAKE
These Eggless Redvelvette cup cakes or Cakes are fluffy, buttery and moist with beautiful Christmas tree frosting.I have posted some eggless bakes for this Christmas which helps you to get idea what to bake this year.I have used the beetroot(beets) to make this cup cakes which adds natural color to the cup cakes without adding any artificial colors,tastes also very delicious.These red velvet cupcakes are easy to make and it looks very elegant for a Christmas theme party. I hope this post will help you guys to learn how to make Christmas tree cupcakes deco and i have taken the video which i will update it later.Due to lack of
time am just sharing only the recipe here.

Eggless Redvelvet cup cakes with Christmas Tree Frosting Recipe

Baking Pan : Muffin Tray Temperature:180 degree Yeilds :10-15 cupcakes

Ingredients: REDVELVETTE CUP CAKE
1 cup plain flour
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp butter
1 and 1/2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup fresh pureed beets
1/2 cup butter milk
1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method:
  • Shift the cocoa powder,baking powder,baking soda,keep aside.
  • Pre heat the oven.Boil the beets and puree it in the blender keep aside.

  • Add the butter and the sugar in a mixing bowl and beat well,till it become creamy,soft and fluffy.

REDVELVETTE CUP CAKE

  • Add in the shifted flour and then add in the butter milk and beat well for 5 mins.

  • Now add in the purred beets and blend it well with the mix. Make sure there is no lumps in the mix.

REDVELVETTE CUP CAKE

  • Arrange the muffin liner on the tray and drop 3/4th of liner with the mix . Bake it for 20-30 mins till it comes clean while insert a tooth pick ,remove it from the oven.Let it cool for sometime and then start doing deco.

Christmas7

  • Use the leaf tip(wilton tip no.95) and start doing deco.Will post the deco video soon.Invert the ice cream cone on top of the cup cake and use the leaf tip to do deco.Once done you can decorate it with any small edible star or any sparkles.Here is the beautiful Christmas tree redvelvette cup cakes are ready.

MY NOTES:

  • No need to add any artificial color since the beets color itself will gives nice effect to the cup cake.
  • Butter milk gives sour taste to the cake so don’t miss it.
