Best Ever Eggless Tutti Frutti cake Recipe | Easy Christmas Cake Recipes

These eggless tutti frutti cake recipe is an excellent one and am 100% satisfied with the result. This is apt for Christmas party and i have used my eggless tutti frutti muffin recipe to make this cake.I planned to post some of the easy recipe of eggless cakes and bakes with video.This recipe is very simple one and it gives you 100% good result. Best Ever Eggless  Tutti Frutti Muffins | Easy Christmas Cake Recipes

Baking Pan : 9 in pan Temperature:180 degree

Ingredients: 200g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
120gm butter
200gm plain flour + 1 tsp flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vinegar
50 ml water
2 tbsp milk powder
500 gm mixed fruits
150gm nuts
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pre Preparation:

  • shift the flour and baking power,keep aside.
  • pre heat the oven and make ready.
  • Mix the vinegar with 50 ml water and mix well,keep aside.
  • Mix the tutti fruitti and nuts with 1 tsp plain flour,keep aside.

How to make Muffins:

  • Add the butter,salt and sugar in a mixing bowl,beat it with high speed for 5 mins or the beat it till the mix become soft and fluffy.
  • Now add in the shifted baking powder and flour and beat well
  • Then add in the vanilla extract,milk powder and the vinegar+water mix ,beat well for another 5 mins.

  • Beat the mix well until it become light and fluffy.Reserve some fruit and nut mix for topping and then add in the nut and fruit mix and mix well with flour.

  • Greease the and then drop the mix..Add the reserved fruit and nut on top of the mix .
  • Now bake if for 30 mins at 180 degree celcius,once done take it out from the oven and cool it for sometime.

Note:
1. instead of milk powder you can add milk but the milk powder gives the muffin a nice texture.
2. coating the flour with fruits to make them visible on top otherwise it will settle down at the bottom.

    Hi, what is plain flour? Is it all purpose flour (maida)? What is the difference between flour and plain flour?

    Hi, Can we use oil instead of the butter.. as the cak eturns hard once kept in the fridge.. also which brand butter have you used?

      we can use oil also, if we keep in fridge it will turn little hard… i use anchor
