Eggless Vanilla Cake

Here is the basic vanilla cake with cream frosting is ready to tasteSmile

My Notes:

1. If the consistency of this cake batter is too thick then add a tbsp of milk and mix well.Don’t add water it makes your cake to break.
2. Instead of butter you can use any odorless oil.
3.For Eggless chocolate cake you should replace 1/3 cup of flour into cocoa powder, shift it and then add it.
4.If you want to make it in vegan version then you can replace the milk into almond milk or soy milk.

Have a Nice Day!!!

Thanks Sudha,Vinegar (acid) is used in combination with baking soda (base) to create a gas that causes cake to rise. You can use the freshly squeezed lemon juice for the substitute of Vinegar:)

    This cake recipe gets five stars! * * * * *

Was searching all over the internet for what would seem to be a good eggless cake recipe. A family member is both gluten and egg intolerant and I’ve never made an eggless cake recipe before and thought it would probably not come out well. But for the sake of making a birthday cake for them, I had to at least give it a try. WOW!! Made your cake recipe (didn’t make your frosting recipe) and I was very surprised how good it was! I even used pure rice flour (didn’t add any xanthan gum) in place of the wheat flour and it turned out perfectly! Thank you so much for allowing my family member to be able to have a wonderful birthday cake for their special day!

hi prema,i have a question does the cream have to be whipped until stiff peaks? or else we should add icing sugar directly to the liquid cream(im using amul cream which has 25% fat) please reply soon.

Thanks for visiting Taha, cream should whipped till it forms the peaks and then adding icing sugar would be better.
