1/2 cup Poha/Aval/Beaten Rice[ I used thin variety]
1/4 cup Condensed Milk
1 tsp Ghee/Butter
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
10 g Raisins
1 cup Water
A Pinch saffron
- In a pan/wok heat ghee, roast raisins and keep aside. Add poha/aval and saute for 2 minutes or until poha becomes crispy.
- Add water and cook until poha becomes soft and gets cooked.
- Now add Condensed milk ,cardamom powder and cook for a minute only.
- Garnish with raisins and Saffron and Serve hot.
