My neighbor make Thai Fried Rice frequently and she share with me sometime. So I started to like Thai Fried Rice very much and to make on my own,i ask her the recipe. This is one of the simple and easy method of Thai Fried Rice.

Ingredients:

1 Cup Thai Rice,Cooked
1 tbsp Olive Oil
100g Tofu,cubed
3-4  Onion Sliced
1/4 Cup Green Pees(i used frozen)
1/2 Bell Pepper
3-4 Lime Leaves
2 Green Chillies
1 inch Lemon Grass Minced
1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
Salt as Needed

Method:

Heat the wok and fry the cubed Tofu in oil till light brown and take it out.In the same wok fry the Onion,Pees,Bell Peppers,Lemon Grass,Green Chilly and Lemon Leaves, till Soft

Add the Fried Tofu and saute for a while.Add salt, soy sauce and mix well. Finally add the cooked rice.

                                                   Mix the rice evenly.

                                                                  Serve Hot
