3 small size capsicums/bell peppers(i used three different colours,u can use any one color also)
100 g tomato puree
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 medium size onion chopped
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1tsp chilli powder
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp corrieder powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
Cut the capsicums into small pieces and keep aside.
Heat the oil in the kadai and add the cumin seeds,once it splutter add the onion and fry them oil until it transulates.Add the ginger garlic paste and fry together with onion.
Add the chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,corriender powder and cook it until the raw smell goes.
Add the tomato puree and let it cook for few mins.
Fianlly add the capsicum,don’t cover and cook.Just toss for few seconds and transfer into the serving bowl.
You can present it inside a capsicum also like this,
Serve hot with any briyani/rice/roti.
