Bean’s Sprout Masala

Bean’s Sprout Masala:

Ingredients:

2 cups mixed bean’s sprout
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 cup water
1 tsp gingergarlic paste
1  chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp sambar powder
a pinch garam masala powder
salt as needed

Method:

Lazy to prepare the sprout.So i brought it from store.If u brought from store clean it with water and then use it.Heat the oil in the kadai and add the mustard seeds,once it splutter add the onion,tomato and ginger garlic paste and saute them for a while.
Add the sambar powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder and salt.Cook them well,until the raw smell goes.Add water into it.
Transfer the masala into the pressure cooker and cook until soft.
Transfer the cooked masala into the serving bowl, you can serve it with roti.
You can use this masala as a stuffing for stuffed chappathi/paratha.
