Aloo Jeera Fry | Flavourful Aloo Jeera Fry | Potato Cumin Fry Recipe

Ingredients:   

5-10 Baby Potatoes
1 tsp Jeera (Cumin seeds)
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Sambar Powder
1 Medium sized onion finely chopped
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 sprig Curry leaves / Methi leaves 
1 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste


Method:

Wash and boil the potatoes till soft and peel the skin.Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds. When it starts spluttering, add onion and fry till it becomes soft. Add ginger garlic paste,sambar powder,turmeric powder and salt fry well.

Aloo | potato in the pan and mix well with the masala.Finally add the dry methi leaves | curry leaves and saute for a while.Aloo jeera Fry is ready to serve with roti or with rice.

                      You can have it with roti / rice.
