Ice Kachang

April 22, 2010 by Premalatha Aravindhan 15 Comments

Shaved Ice with fruits:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mixed fruits
2 cup ice cubes
2 tsp any three fruit flavoured syrups
2 tsp condensed milk.

Method:

Take a serving bowl add your favourite fruit on it (i used canned mixed fruits).
You can add boiled black beans if you want.

Using electric ice shaver or blender shave the ice and keep the shaved ice on the top of the fruits.
Take three fruit flavoured syrups(i used strawberry, lemon, grape).

Add your favourite fruit syrup one by one slowly on each side.Add the condensed milk also for white colour.
Shaved ice with fruits is ready to serve.
Iam sending this to Srivalli’s Thenda Mela Event.
