2 tbsp light vanilla yoghurt
150 ml low fat milk
2 tsp oil
Place the flour in a mixing bowl
combine the yoghurt,milk and egg in a seperate bowl.This is the yoghurt mixture.
Add the yoghurt mixture to the flour and mix until smooth.You may need a whisk.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.heat it with 2 tsp of oil and distribute evenly over the pan.
Pour 1/4 cup measures of pancake batter into the pan and cook each side for 1-2 min or until golden.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Serve the pancake with any syrup.(i used strawberry syrup).
