Gobi Fry | Cauliflower Fry Recipe | Gobi 65

Ingredients:
 

100g cauliflower,spilt into flowerets
1 tsp rice flour   
2 tsp corn flour
1 tsp red chilli powder
A pinch turmeric powder
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
oil for frying  
salt to taste

Method:

Boil the water and add the cauliflower flowerets and cook it partially.Drain the water.In a mixing bowl add the cooked flowerets and add all the  ingredients except oil and mix well.

Mix all ingredients well and heat the oil.In medium flame drop the first batch of cauliflower and fry,till golden brown.Repeat this for remaining batch and keep the fried cauliflower in a kitchen towel.so that the excess oil will drain out.
