Sukku malli coffee

Sukku malli coffee:

Ingredients:

Coriander seed-100gm

Dry ginger-100gm

Milk (optional)

Sugar 2 tsp(per cup)

Method:

Dry roast and grind the coriander seeds and sukku together.Keep this sukku coffee powder in a air tight container.Heat 2 cups of water along with 2 tsp sukku coffee powder and sugar.Switch of after it starts boiling.Filter the clear liquid.If desired add milk.

Its very good for sore throat

    Hi Prema ,this coffe looks very good.Why don’t you send it to the Cooking with Seed:coriander seed event being conducted by RV(http://sourashtrakitchen.blogspot.com/2010/03/event-annoucement-cooking-with-seeds.html)
