Cauliflower Rasam

Cauliflower Rasam:

Ingredients:

Cauliflower 100g
Cinnamon sticks 1
Cloves 3
Chopped onion 1
Chopped tomatoes 11/2
Green chillies 2
Oil 1 tsp
Thick tamarind juice 1 cup
garlic 1
cumin powder 1 tsp
pepper powder 1 tsp
water 3 cups
coriander for garnishing
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation:

Heat the oil in a kadai and add cinnamon sticks , cardamon once they pops out
Add chopped onion ,Curry leaves,tomatoes,green chilles ,garlic and Cauliflower.
Once the cauliflower boiled well add the tamarind juice and water
Add cumin powder,pepper powder,salt.
Wait until the rasam bubbles at the top.
Garnish it with coriender and serve it with hot rice.
